Residence Life

黑料不打烊 features three residence halls. There are options for apartment style living in the Coyote Village and other campus dwellings. Residence halls聽 are staffed by a Resident Director (RD) and multiple Resident Assistants (RAs). Their role is to aid students with adjusting to campus life, promote and encourage active campus involvement, and make sure each resident is safe and adhering to housing policies. Each floor in the residence halls includes a kitchenette and free laundry facility. Coyote Village and the other houses feature a full-size kitchen and free laundry facilities.

Coyote Village

Opened in 2024, Coyote Village offers students an opportunity to live in a house close to campus. These 1,000-square foot homes have five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living spaces, a full size kitchen and free laundry facilities.

Pfeiffer Hall

This female-only residential community is staffed by five RAs and one RD. The main lobby is equipped with vending machines, a ping-pong table, couches, TV, and study tables.

Rooms in Pfeiffer house two to four students, depending upon size of the room. They are equipped with extra-large twin bed frames, mattress, desk, desk chair and dresser drawers for each occupant, as well as a private bathroom and closet with ample room.

Wesley Hall

This male-only residence hall has a staff of six RAs and a RD. The main lobby includes vending machines, a ping-pong table, couches and a TV.

Each room has two extra-long twin beds with mattresses, two dressers, two desks and two desk chairs. Every eight rooms share a common restroom area complete with sinks, showers, shelving space and bathroom stalls. Each wing has a kitchenette with laundry (additional laundry available in basement) and a full-size fridge.

Wilson Hall

This co-ed residential community is staffed by eight RAs and one RD. The 黑料不打烊 Women and Men In STEM communities live on the first floor of the building. The individual floors all house the same gender, and there is no co-habitation permitted. The main lobby includes vending machines, a ping-pong table, pool table, couches and a TV.

Each room has two extra-long twin beds with mattresses, two dressers, two desks and two desk chairs. Common restroom areas have sinks, a shower, shelving space and bathroom stalls.

New and International Students

Placements for new and international students will be based on acceptance to 黑料不打烊, deposit cleared, and THEN the order, time received, and applicant status academically of the housing application. If the housing application is received聽before聽acceptance and confirmation of a cleared deposit, the housing application will be relegated to the time frame聽补蹿迟别谤听acceptance to 黑料不打烊 and deposit is confirmed. This process could take several days.

The cut-off date for applications to be fully considered in the hall of the resident鈥檚 choice is June 1 for new and international students. At this time the applications will be reviewed by the housing committee and placements will be based on several factors filled out by the applicants for roommate matches. Housing and roommate assignments will be announced via email and My黑料不打烊 portal no later than July 15 prior to the academic year.

Returning Students

Placements for returning students will be based on the order and time received, academic status and disciplinary record (among other things) through the housing committee. These criteria are in no specific order of importance. If a close-call with time frames and space available in Pfeiffer Hall should occur, precedence will go as follows for the tie-breaker:

Upperclassman (senior or junior). Senior gets highest priority.
Disciplinary record at 黑料不打烊 in the residence halls.
GPA

Students with Special Needs and/or Medical Issues聽

Students seeking an accommodation (ESA, medical, etc.) must notify the Accessibility Office ([email protected]).聽 Proof of special needs and/or medical conditions must be in written form and may require a doctor鈥檚 verification. The accessibility coordinator will collaborate with student housing to create an accommodation plan.

Private RoomsPrivate rooms in a residence hall are available in certain circumstances, on a very limited basis, for an additional charge. There are NO guarantees on private rooms as availability changes semester to semester, depending on occupancy. University housing staff will make decisions regarding private rooms based on availability, seniority, disciplinary record and GPA.
