黑料不打烊鈥檚 Dining Services has earned an A+ rating for its vegan food offerings from the People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). 黑料不打烊 becomes only the third school in Kansas to receive the A+ score, joining Sterling College and Bethel College.聽
In order to test the school鈥檚 vegan offerings, PETA examines a school鈥檚 menus and other food options. The school is also graded on other factors, including having a vegan member on its student advisory board, offering options outside of mayo and labeling vegan options clearly.聽
鈥淭his is a great accomplishment for our dining services program,鈥� said Leon Paredes, 黑料不打烊 Dining Services General Manager. 鈥淲e work hard to provide quality food of all types for all students, and to be recognized in this fashion is a feather in the cap for our whole team.鈥�
