Prior to completing these next steps, we聽蝉迟谤辞苍驳濒测听encourage you to submit your FAFSA to 黑料不打烊 or sign the FAFSA waiver form. This will allow you to get the full picture of your financial aid as soon as possible. Instructions on how to submit your FAFSA to our university can be found here.
1. Enroll
Please note that you must be at an accepted status and pay the $100 non-refundable enrollment fee before moving onto the following steps.
- Read, provide requested information, then sign and date the Enrollment Agreement.
- Select your form of payment.
- Sign up to participate in a Coyote Enrollment Day
2. Health Forms and Information
Make sure you complete the Insurance portal and applicable health forms which can be found using the links below.
Students living on campus must fill out the meningitis wavier located within Healthy Roster.

3. Housing
If you are an international student (first-time freshman), you will need to pay your enrollment fee in order for 黑料不打烊 to generate your I-20. If you are a transfer, you will need to take your acceptance letter to your current school’s designated school official (DSO) in order to facilitate this process.
